Quick Installation Guide

Download the File: Click the RECOMMENDED link for your system (32-bit or 64-bit) above to download the `.exe` installer file.
Run the Installer: Locate the downloaded file and double-click it. If a security warning appears, click **"Run Anyway"** as this is a secure application.
Follow On-Screen Prompts: The installation wizard will guide you. Accept the license agreement and choose your installation location (default is recommended).
Launch the Software: Once installation is complete, a shortcut will appear on your desktop. Double-click the **MAB CBT** icon to start the application.
First Time Setup: The first launch may require a one-time setup or configuration. Follow the app's prompts to finalize.
